What we do and how we do it, in 3 simple steps.


Working together

Our initial exploratory meeting is designed to allow us to better understand your needs and objectives and to agree with you the basis for how we will work for you. There is no charge for this meeting.

  • This meeting can be carried out in person at your home, place of work, or remotely via an online meeting.
  • We will ask you for information regarding your income, outgoings, assets and liabilities. We will discuss with you your goals and objectives, whilst highlighting any other area that may be relevant to your circumstances.
  • At this meeting we will also explain the costs involved for our service and how this may be applied to your situation. We will be transparent and up front about these costs, so you understand not just how we get paid but exactly how much. A fee will not be charged without prior agreement.
  • At the end of the meeting we will agree a course of action, either to proceed to the next step of advice (paid work) or further exploration if there is anything outstanding that we need to gather before proceeding.

Adding value to you

During our follow up meetings we will explain the advice we are providing and how that advice meets your objectives and needs discussed during our previous meeting.

We aim to deliver this in an uncomplicated manner, as we believe decoding your finances so they are easy to understand will enable you to make an informed decision when accepting the advice we provide.

Our follow up meetings consist of:


  • Having completed all the necessary research to formulate a solution for you, we will present to you a comprehensive report that will detail the options we believe will achieve your financial goals and priorities.
  • We will also provide you with the total costs of the financial products and services that have been recommended.
  • Once the recommendations have been agreed with you, we will then proceed and arrange to have them implemented.

Ongoing advice to suit you

In addition to the initial advice and implementation, we offer an ongoing service to our clients. This is tailored to suit your needs. The level of the ongoing service provided will depend on the complexity of the work involved, how frequently you would like to review your financial plans and the value of the investments being managed for you.

  • Our aim is to build lasting relationships with our clients, to ensure your finances and goals are regularly reviewed and managed by a trusted professional.
  • The charge for this service can be deducted from your investment or paid by a standing order.
  • The service can be cancelled at any time.
